Key Responsibilities – OEM Account Manager

As OEM Account Manager, you will be responsible for creating market strategy, establishing key relationships, closing sales contracts, and providing ongoing account management with key partners for CIS products and solutions; primarily in the Europe region. 

The successful candidate’s responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Creating, communicating, and executing sales strategies for OEM target partners; mainly focused on IT power and rack slide rails, but also including other CIS products and solutions
  • Promoting CIS design and manufacture capabilities and developing key account relationships and opportunities leading to long term product sales growth
  • Identifying, mapping, and maintaining deep and productive relationships with key influencers ranging from engineering personnel, product managers, procurement agents, and executive supporters within key customer organizations
  • Creating and achieving annual growth plan for sales revenue and profitability
  • Working closely with potential OEM customers to understand technical challenges & business goals and proposing CIS solutions; engage in customer road mapping to better align future programs and revenue stream
  • Monitor competitor activity and report findings and recommendations for action
  • Managing the customer interface closely and promoting voice-of-customer to internal teams for project execution
  • Compiling and creating detailed business and technical proposals in response to OEM opportunities and RFQ proposals ­­
  • Negotiating new contracts and managing disagreements and deviations between key customer expectations and CIS requirements
  • Supporting new OEM customer programs and liaising with CIS cross-functional, multi-region teams to provide excellent customer support and manage relationships from initial sale to new launch and maintenance
  • Closely maintaining customer relationship to maximize customer satisfaction

 

Professional Experience / Qualifications

  • 5+ years of meaningful sales account management for technical products in B2B company
  • Ability to speak and influence key customer influencers at all position levels within partner organization, both professionally and technically
  • Ability to effectively communicate, prioritize and gain support from cross functional and geographically diverse colleagues and resources
  • Outstanding negotiation management skils
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Salesforce.com experience preferred
  • Ability to travel frequently

Plant Controller - Bangalore, India

Key Responsibilities

While CIS Global is a highly successful enterprise today, significant opportunities exist to drive transformation and advancements in the firm’s operations to meet the anticipated growth projection and ever-stringent customer requirements specific to the PDU and iPDU segment.  The Plant Controller, PDU role is a newly-created role aimed at providing transformational strategic and tactical leadership within the newly-created operation in India for CIS Global.  This leader functions as a business partner with Plant Manager to effectively manage and control the local business. 

The successful candidate’s responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Lead all local financial responsibilities, including general accounting, payables, order entry, billing, cost accounting, bill of materials, business analysis, financial reporting, sales management, and computer operations.
  • Manage all employees of the department, including performance management and recruiting.
  • Prepare monthly reports of results (based on India GAAP and US GAAP), monthly forecasts, annual operating plan, and strategic planning.
  • Responsible for internal controls at the plant for operations, sales and finance.
  • Analyze and accurately report current month’s financial results to the plant, sales, and corporate management in accordance with corporate format and time requirements.
  • Submit all financial transactions, transmissions, and reporting on a timely and accurate basis.
  • Ensure accuracy of the physical inventory and reported results. Investigate and explain book to physical adjustments.
  • Perform audits of bills of materials to ensure product costs are accurate and accounted for properly. Report audit results monthly.
  • Ensure timely and accurate input of bill of material and price code changes.
  • Ensure bill of material and costing accurately reflect production operations.
  • Maintain a perpetual inventory for finished goods and reconcile this perpetual to production, shipping, and returns on a daily basis.
  • Attend daily plant production meetings.
  • Perform daily walkthroughs of the plant with the Plant Manager to discuss production and costing issues. Review labor reporting and cost, material costs, manufacturing overhead, distribution cost, returns and inventory levels.
  • Conduct formal meetings with manufacturing, finance and sales management personnel to discuss all plant issues. Develop and publish a formal agenda and recap with actions to be taken.
  • Document and understand ERP/MRP systems, hardware, and reporting conventions and serve as the on-site IT expert.
  • Analyze potential excess and obsolete inventory items monthly.
  • Reconcile all inter-company accounts monthly.
  • Analyze internal controls to ensure assets are adequately safeguarded and results are accurately reported.
  • Assure adherence to Generally Accepted Accounting Policies. Resolve questions of GAAP and internal controls with corporate financial management.
  • Assist in the completion of special projects.
  • Duties includes accounting, budgeting and reporting related to the local company’s Engineering team (PDU related), including but not limited to:
  • Manage NRE spend per project
  • Tracking of recurring cost estimates/actuals vs. original target
  • Oversight/Management of CAPEX related to new facility (2019)

 

Professional Experience / Qualifications

The new Plant Controller will be a dynamic, credible finance leader with experience at manufacturing companies known for world-class systems, processes, tools and performance.    

In addition, the ideal candidate will demonstrate the following competencies:

  • Demonstrated track record of results with a strong bias towards action and execution.
  • Ability to instill sense of urgency in a team environment.
  • Develops organization’s bench strength with a “player-coach” attitude.
  • Technical acumen in financial management.
  • Proficient using ERP systems.

Embedded Firmware Lead - Bangalore, India

Job Position – Embedded Firmware Lead

To design embedded firmware for data center environment and energy monitor product on RTOS and Linux Platform.

3.    Essential Functions

  • Design, verification, specification, and qualification of data center environment and energy monitor product firmware
  • Using firmware ‘development and debug’ tools for development of products based on networking capabilities.
  • Creation of Target and Application optimized embedded Linux distributions
